I am mostly comfortable with drawing felines and non-anthro, I can attempt anything but cannot guarantee the same quality.There may be an additional fee for complex characters and details on a case by case basis, this includes WCUE morphs (additional flat £4/$6). I will state if there will be an extra charge before starting on your commission if this is the case.

terms of service

By commissioning me (the artist), you (the client) agree to all TOS, whether the client has read the TOS or not.∙ I reserve the right to refuse any commission that I am unable to or cannot do for any reason without explanation. I reserve the right to post the art anywhere and use commissions for self-promotion.For the purposes of these terms of service:
A “Tiny” commission refers to the type of commission and art style offered under the subheading Tiny.PAYMENT:
∙ Payment is via Stripe or Ko-fi. If paying by Ko-fi, there is a single £0.50 / $0.60 USD charge on top of the listed price per transaction, regardless of the number of characters in one order.
∙ Do not send payment until confirmation is sent by me.
∙ Payment is to be sent upfront in full after you as the client approve the sketch of the art, and after I have given confirmation, excluding “Tiny” commissions which will have no sketch and require payment beforehand.
∙ By paying, you acknowledge that you are the cardholder or have authorisation from the cardholder to use the card.USAGE:
You can use the art with credit to any of my socials as long as you do not:
∙ claim the art as your own, make any artistic edits to the commissioned piece or remove my signature
∙ use the art commercially, reproduce (including tracing, or using as a “base”), replicate or distribute the art
∙ mint the art as any NFT or be used in cryptocurrency related sales
∙ use my art in any way for, in or with AI or anything to do with AI purposes
∙ use the art to promote hate speech or to depict anything illegal.REFUNDS:
∙ The artist reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons.
∙ Once paid, after the sketch has confirmation from the client, there is no refund unless the artist is unable to complete the commission for any reason including unforeseen circumstances such as illness or accident.
∙ No refund will be possible after commission completion. The client cannot force a chargeback after the commission has been fully completed.CHANGES:
∙ I will send progress for confirmation at the sketch and lineart stages, apart from “Tiny” commissions, which will have no sketch.
∙ Up to three (3) minor changes (e.g. hue, markings) can be made after the commission is completed.
∙ Commissions can come with a transparent background in addition on request.NOTES:
∙ I do not work from anthro references only, but if the character has a clear feral version reference I can draw it.
∙ The expected completion timeframe will be between 1 and 3 weeks, unless discussed otherwise before the commission.∙ There is no physical product shipped or printed to you, the art will be sent digitally as digital goods.
∙ I will only send the finished digital image when I can confirm the payment has been made.
∙ I am not responsible for lost products or refunds for lost products, you as the client are solely responsible for saving and securely storing the art as soon as you receive it.
∙ There may be an additional fee for complex characters/details on a case by case basis, this includes complex morphs. I will state if there will be an extra charge before starting on your commission if this is the case.

I reserve the right to subject the TOS and prices to change without notice.
